Both these landscapes you’ll see are in vertical format. I’ve made the point previously that landscapes can work well in either horizontal or vertical format depending on how you see it. Also, notice the depth of field that is possible with wide-angle lenses particularly when using small apertures. The shots were both taken from a small boat within a few minutes of each other towards the end of the afternoon. Enjoy, KD.
