An experiment in black and white processing. I posted another version of this image recently, following which a commenter wondered out loud what it might look like with a “High Contrast Black and White” treatment.
The previous version was a split toned monochrome but taking the hint (see I really do take notice of the comments folks leave :-)) I did it all over again, going for more contrast and in this case a “coffee” toning. I also experimented with a border effect in Silver Efex Pro. Did I go too far with the treatment/effects? I’ll let you decide! 😉 ~KD
