As regular readers may know, I’m not really into photographing every plate of food that’s ever put in front of me, and I’m bemused by those that seem to launch into social media with every hamburger, etc. Today I’ll make an exception. Whilst travelling through Java, Indonesia, I was treated to what was described as “Royal Tea”. The ingredients assembled made for the obvious photograph.
